From the Valley of the Sun, the temperatures in Phoenix were hot and the racing was hotter. Indy Lights took the spotlight as the only series racing this weekend, and they did not disappoint. Veteran Juncos Racing driver Kyle Kaiser dominated the weekend with a sweep of qualifying the taking the top spot on the podium.
