Colorado native’s eyes firmly set on the 2025 USF Pro 2000 championship

BROWNSBURG, IN – Exclusive Autosport is pleased to confirm that Joey Brienza II will return to the team for the 2025 USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire season. The 20-year-old Colorado native will run the #91 UBS Tatuus IP-22 machine for the team, continuing his ongoing relationship with the team that began in F1600 in 2021 and has continued through USF Juniors in 2023 and USF2000 this past season.

Brienza earned four podium finishes this year in USF2000, those performances coming at NOLA, Indianapolis and Road America, en route to the Rookie of the Year honors. Brienza has already begun testing the USF Pro 2000 car and he and the team have their sights fully locked on the 2025 season.

“I’m so excited to announce that I am signing with Exclusive Autosport for the 2025 USF Pro 2000 series to continue moving up the ladder towards my goal of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES,” enthused Brienza II. “I want to extend a massive thank you to EA. They are family to me, and I am unbelievably grateful for all their support and faith in me. I also want to extend a huge thank you to my family for all their continued support in my career as well. I could not be more excited for this upcoming year, bring on 2025!”

Brienza started his car career with Exclusive Autosport in 2021 in the Formula Race Promotions F1600 Championship Series, where he won four times over his two years in the series, finishing third overall in 2021. With this crucial experience, Joey graduated to USF Juniors in 2022, winning at Sebring en route to fifth in the championship battle.

This past year, he made the calculated jump to USF2000 and finished fifth overall, winning the 2024 Rookie of the Year title in the process. The Indiana University sophomore finished only three of the 18 races outside the top 10 in an impressive display of consistency. As a four-year veteran on the Exclusive Autosport team, Joey has become a core piece of the EA puzzle and is a huge supporter and leader of his younger teammates, always offering plenty of knowledge and encouragement.

“I am thrilled to continue to have the opportunity to work with Joey for the 2025 season,” said Michael Duncalfe, Co-Owner and CEO. “Joey has been with Exclusive Autosport for a number of years and it is truly an honor to be a part of his racing career. He is a very hardworking young man and to see his progression in open-wheel cars has been amazing. His transition to USF200 was very positive in 2024 earning him the USF2000 Rookie of the Year honors. We are looking forward to continuing his racing journey and him making the jump to the USF Pro 2000 Championship next season. Our off-season program is extensive and Joey does an exceptional job of balancing his course load at IU Kelley School of Business as well as the demands of his racing career. Joey’s next official outing will be at IMS during the Fall Combine where we anticipate having a strong showing. ”

Brienza will take part in Exclusive Autosport’s extensive off-season testing program for their USF Juniors, USF2000 and USF Pro 2000 teams leading into the upcoming USF Pro Championships.
