Dyszelski Aiming to End the Season on a High

BELMONT, N.C. – The USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire series heads to Portland International Raceway (PIR) this weekend for the final two rounds of the 2024 championship. Turn 3 Motorsport driver Danny Dyszelski is looking to end his first full season in the series on a high note.

In the previous two USF Pro 2000 rounds on the Streets of Toronto, Dyszelski showed strong speed, but both of his races came to an early end due to contact after earning the pole position for one of the two races.

“Toronto was a tough weekend for us,” Dyszelski said. “We had good pace early in the weekend, qualifying well in both races, but we didn't get a chance to showcase what we could do in the races because of contact. Coming into this weekend, I’ve put Toronto in the rearview, and I’m fully focused on ending the season strong.”

Dyszelski has had a solid rookie season to date, scoring two podiums and multiple top-10 finishes. He is aiming to finish the season with another podium or win in the Pacific Northwest.

Dyszelski added, “We’ve made a lot of progress throughout the season, and we’ve had some strong results recently. Even when we haven’t gotten the results we wanted, we’ve shown good speed, so I’m really confident that we can fight for the podium and the win in the final two races and finish the season strong.”

With plans for 2025 yet to be confirmed, Dyszelski and the rest of the USF Pro 2000 competitors will first hit the 1.964-mile, 12-turn road course on Thursday for a test day. Dyszelski will hit the track Friday morning for the final practice session of the season with qualifying and race one set to take place Friday afternoon. The season will come to a close with race two Saturday afternoon.
